ZOË ROGERSZoë grew up in LA, graduated from Santa Monica High School and went to Boston to pursue a career in academic science at MIT. She got her B.S. in Biology from MIT in 2012 and then a PhD in Genetics from Stanford. Zoë has also been a radio DJ on-and-off since she was 13 years old. She went from research scientist to technical product manager at the biotech startup, Karius, developing a sequencing-based diagnostic test for infectious diseases. She has found a passion for integrating science, engineering, and customer experience to build customer-centric products. After founding her own start up, she has consulted with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation on the Digital Health team and the Northeastern University Department for Experiential AI. Most recently, Zoe is on the Product leadership team at System, building an AI powered search engine for biologists and health professionals.
BRIAN MARKBrian is from Chicago, and went to Minneapolis to ride bikes and go to college at the University of Minnesota. He has built and led consumer-obsessed teams across technology and brands for ten years, delivering innovative experiences and campaigns across mediums. He broke boundaries at adidas, executing global talent partnerships, innovative retail campaigns, and the adidas Into The Metaverse campaign. Moving full-time into web3, he led teams at Friends With Benefits, the preeminent social DAO, built tools for digital communities at Dapper Collectives, and helped early-stage tech startups find success faster in his independent consulting practice. Most recently, he led client relationships and projects at Rumfoords, helping luxury and fashion brands leverage the latest in consumer technology to achieve their goals.
